I am a doctoral candidate in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at George Mason University. I earned my B.A. in psychology at the College of William and Mary. My primary research interests include training, leadership, and adaptability.
Currently I am working with Dr. Steve Zaccaro on examining effective ways to train adaptability in leaders and teams. I am also working with Dr. Traci Sitzmann at the Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Laboratory to investigate and improve the effectiveness of Web-based training.
